Each Cloud Ctrl tenant has an explicit list of users which have permission to view the data for that customer. To provide someone access to view the details of a Cloud Ctrl tenant please follow these steps.
- After logging in to Cloud Ctrl select the tenant you would like to add the user to. Do this by selecting the tenant from "Switch Profile" option after clicking you profile picture in the top right of the screen.
- Once the selected tenant has loaded go to Settings > Users
- Add new users to the tenants by clicking the New button
- Add the users name and email address and select a team (this should be `Administrators` in most cases), then click the Send button to invite the users to access the Cloud Ctrl tenant. Each user you added will receive an email with instructions on how to access the system.
